Anything we buy on your behalf (a domain, usually) is passed through at cost plus 0.69%. You own the domain, the account, and the code. We never hold anything hostage.

  1. You send the form. We store your email and notes and nothing else.
  2. A human replies within 24 hours with a fixed quote and a pay link.
  3. You pay. We do the thing, usually within 2 business days.
  4. You get logins, keys and a one-page "how to change stuff" note.
  5. We delete your order from our storage when it's done.

Why 0.69%? Because reselling domains at a markup is how every "website builder" traps you, and we wanted a number so small it's obviously a joke, but not zero, so it's obviously not a loss leader either. On a $12 domain it's eight cents. You will not miss the eight cents. We will frame the first one.

Everything we register goes into an account in your name. If you fire us, nothing breaks.
